• Within the reorganization of our holding structure, economic and organizational reasons made us decide to change our legal form in January 2010 of our German subsidiary company from NOVA NUTRIA INTERNATIONAL AG to NOVA NUTRIA GmbH.

• It’s necessary that the reorganization of our Company includes separation of each market’s business responsibilities one from another and this is our first step.
